Form. During the prequalification process, a Downpayment Company representative
will contact you to clarify the information you have provided, to discuss
your credit report, and to answer whatever questions you may have. Once
we have completed the prequalification, we will send you the following:
- Prequalification Letter (Contains your maximum qualifying loan amount,
debt ratios, recommended financing and a rate quote)
- Copy of your three file credit report with credit scores
- Required Disclosures
